Common questions

A tile was read wrong. Jokerly lists every tile it received. Tap the tile in Jokerly's card and pick the right one: the counts update at once. Or tell ChatGPT the right tiles.

A hand from my card won't save. Jokerly says what's wrong with the line (usually the tile count, which must be 14, or a missing suit letter). See how to write a hand, or type the line again with the fix.

It used the practice hands, not my card. Save your card's hands first: "Save these hands from my card", with the lines typed or a photo of your card.

How do I see or delete what Jokerly keeps? "Show my Jokerly card" lists your saved hands. "Delete my Jokerly card" deletes them all at once; "Remove hand #3 from my Jokerly card" removes one.

Is this year's card included? No. Card hands belong to their publishers, so Jokerly ships none: you save the hands from your own card.

My table plays a different joker rule. Jokerly checks the standard rules and says which rule decided. House rules win at your table.
